Shipping policy

WordFire Press uses the United States Postal Service to ship book orders. In the case of sizable orders, we may use UPS or FedEx in some instances. If a refund is granted for an order, the shipping fee may not be included in the refund, depending on the cause of the return. If the reason for the return is an error on our part or the part of our contractors, shipping fees will be refunded.


Missing orders

If a day goes by and  you haven’t received your eBook order, please respond to your confirmation email or email info@wordfire.com with your order number so that we can make sure you receive your eBook.


Please allow at least ten business days for delivery of print books. If ten business days pass and you still haven’t received your order, please respond to your confirmation email or email info@wordfire.com with your order number so that we may look into the issue.
