Cody James Martin

Cody Martin is a journeyman writer, having begun his career with his friend and mentor Mercedes Lackey. Along with Mercedes Lackey, he has collaborated with Dennis Lee and Veronica Giguere on the epic superhero series The Secret World Chronicle. He has also written with Mercedes Lackey on the SERRATed Edge series, starting with the latest entry "Silence", and continuing with the upcoming "Breaking Silence". He and Mercedes have also collaborated on an original project, "Reboots" and "Reboots: Diabolical Streak", for Phoenyx Press. He continues to write all flavors of sci-fi, fantasy, and noir (or whatever pays), and is working on his first solo novel (when he isn't chained to a desk writing with Misty; a demanding but fair taskmaster). He currently lives in Orlando, Florida, where he plays with swords (occasionally training the unlucky or the foolish), climbs things, and dreams of finally getting a full night's sleep.
